Company Women do an amazing job in Spain!
Company Women is a supportive, dynamic networking group open to all businesswomen. We run relaxed, informal lunches that provide the perfect platform to expand your female contacts diary and develop business skills. Lunches are held the first Thursday of every month in and around the Torrevieja area on the southerly shores of the Costa Blanca. The occasions are productive and informative but above all good fun!
Due to popular demand a second meeting now takes place in Mazarron! The launch lunch took place on Thursday June 14th 2007, and is now held every second Thursday of the month.
Setting up a new business in your native homeland is hard enough. Imagine attempting to do that in Spain, without the support of your friends, family and valued business contacts that were previously close at hand. That's where Company Women can help. Over 400 women (Dutch, German, Spanish, British, Russian, French) have joined us for lunch since our first event in June 2005. All with the same goal - to get their business off the ground in Spain. The regular lunches are a great place to get advice, gain a better understanding of how things 'work' in Spain, grow your business and even make some new friends.
Company Women operate very much an open door policy for new members. In fact, you don't even need to be a member to attend. The only criteria to attend a lunch is that you have to be female, running or setting up your own business or working in a position of seniority within a company. Not all 400 women attend every month. Our guest numbers are usually between 55 - 65 every month. Come and see for yourself, attend a lunch, meet some Company Women and discover how the group could help you.
