Treasurer's Role
Company Women is now looking for a new Treasurer, we are looking for someone committed to attend the lunches each month, reliable and trustworthy.
Voluntary Job Description
To collect lunch monies each month, reconcile the cash box, pay the restaurant for the lunches and pay an amount into the Company Women bank account.
Collate a spread sheet monthly to contra the Company Women bank statement for monies in and out of the account.
Prepare 3 month spreadsheet to present to our accountant.
Delivery of accounts to accountants office.

Using the Company Women Treasurer role to enhance your credibility in association with other businesses
Expenses paid on a monthly basis for costs incurred whilst conducting Company Women business
Only current Company Women members can apply
The Committee will elect the new treasurer in September 09
